Can I share my account with someone else on my team?

An individual’s name and email address are associated with login and each transaction in Media Landing. To that end, only the user whose name and email address are associated with a Media Landing account should use it to transfer file to Sony Pictures.

Is there a limit to the number of users that can access Media Landing?

There is no limit to the number of users a vendor/facility can request to gain access to Media Landing. However, since Media Landing is a secure platform, we ask that you make every effort to limit the number of users who need access to the portal.

If my facility already has access to Media Landing, how do I get added as a user?

Simply fill out the onboarding form found here, we’ll cross reference your facility information and add you as a user. That’s it!
