Onboarding Form
When I clicked submit on the onboarding form nothing happened. What should I do?

The onboarding form generates an email that loads in the email client you use on your workstation (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail). It does NOT currently work with web-based email services (e.g., Gmail, Ymail).

It’s possible to set-up web-based email to route through the local email client installed on your workstation. For assistance, please contact Media Landing Help.

Without an SPE contact listed, the process of getting access to Media Landing will be delayed.
